When you're entrenched in work but still need your website updated, maintained and need to get things done it's time to call in some support. With our Extraordinary Monthly Support package you can let us handle as much (or as little) as you see fit.
As this an agreement made on mutual trust we don't have any real set limits on work, but we ask that you treat us fairly and with respect and we'll do the same. If the amount of work goes beyond the value offered we'll suggest a higher level plan to match the need and work with you to make sure it's a fair agreement.

How We Work
Our preferred method of communication is email and we use Dropbox for all file sharing.
We usually reply to email within 1-2 business days and get short work items done within that same time period. More difficult or larger requests might take longer to complete though we will let you know of our estimates.
If you would like a phone call that'll be longer than just a few short minutes we will have to schedule that at least three (3) days in advance.
Work is typically done between 9am and 5pm CST Mondays through Fridays (excluding national holidays). If you have an after hours request it might be completed the next day if time / scheduling doesn't permit for us to get to it that same day, though we will try if possible.
We're usually asked about our weekends: as we're a husband and wife agency we reserve our weekends for ourselves and only light work here and there; generally do not expect work done nor replies over the weekends.
Best Effort Guarantee
All our services are "best effort" meaning that while we're not able to offer guarantee results on any of the work performed we will do it to the best of our abilities and will do what we can to maintain a high quality service.
This service is on a month to month pre-paid model, thus you have to pay in full for the upcoming month. Though any additional expenses (such as purchasing stock photos for you) will be invoiced to you NET30.
As we will do our best to get everything done in a timely manner, we in turn have a few expectation for you:
- Be courteous
- Provide timely feedback
- Remit payment on time
- Understand that we're a husband and wife company and thus can sometimes take a while to reply as we work on other projects and personal lives.
We will work to the best of our ability to provide you the value possible within the selected service level. While we've set time limits on these levels we're not picky about them if you treat us with kindness and respect. We will in-turn treat you professionally, honestly and with the respect you deserve.
For small tasks we try to get them done within one business day, though if there are several tasks lined up or they are larger it may take some time to complete. Should that be the case we'll let you know what our reasonable time estimate is.
These service retainers are meant to be a fair value offer to both you and us, so if there is a mismatch we reserve the right to bump you up to a higher (or custom) plan after discussing it with you or moving you to a different service provider who might be a better fit for your needs.
Most of our communication is done virtually via email, though we're rolling our and testing several project tools which will help keep track of tasks and communication. If there is an emergency please email us first (as we do check out emails regularly) or give us a call directly if your website and server's are being over-run with resource eating zombies and the world is ending ... otherwise email and digital communication is preferred.
You agree to remit payments on time and provide timely feedback and we agree to do the work within reasonable time limits and within the scope of the service agreement.
Quick Legal Stuff
While we'll do what we can to provide the best of service, support and quality work we're not perfect. We may muck up from time to time so we ask for your patients with us in those times. You agree to not hold us liable should bad things happen on the server or website.
